Being a "print" guy, my foray into web design has been quick and dirty. Actually, I've been really only working with web design this past year. My first site was all tables all the time. I've learned better. I am constantly working to improve my grasp of CSS, accessibility and web-stanards. I also believe you need to know the medium you're working with if you plan to design for it. Thus, I have journeyed (slightly) into PHP and am constantly working with open source blogs and content management systems to better understand the why and how of a CSS style.
